The Design Process Initial appointments are set up for a Landscape Architect to meet you at your home or business to discuss your desired project. If you decide to proceed with landscape plans, the Landscape Architect will start the design phase of the project. Please make sure a survey or electronic file of your site has been made available to the designer. Within 10 days to 2 weeks you will be called to set-up a second appointment and review the plans. The Bristol Group requests you to call our office if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks. Our firm is very concerned about designing your landscape as efficiently as possible; however there are times of the year when we are busier than others. The second appointment will be at our office where we will have a landscape plan, estimate of the landscape and pictures of the material to be installed on your property. Our CAD Design and our consultation is based on an hourly fee of:    CAD Base Design $65.00 an hour    Consultation Fee $100.00 an hour
